Plot and script: Claudio Nizzi Artwork: Raffaele Della Monica/ Jesús Blasco Cover: Aurelio Galleppini
The truth surfaces: a letter unmasks him as traitor and guilty of the massacre of his men during the Civil War and the infamous ex-southern officer McCook, having eliminated the witness of that misdeed, tries to cover everything up, using the Ku Klux Klan to put the blame for the murder on the vile Starkville racists! A while later, a band of pirates boards, robs and blows up the boat called Natchez on the Mississippi, leaving a playing card with skull and crossed tibiae as his signature. Tex and his pards, charged by Mac Parland of the Pinkerton Agency, must stop the ferocious plunderers.
