Tex and Carson settle the account with Larousse and Milton in a New Orleans restaurant. Then, tailing the hangman’s assistants of the dead villains, they find Tabor, the Dawsons’ treacherous relative, who has actually kidnapped the Dawsons to get his hands on Lafitte’s map. However, the treasure remains inviolate! Meanwhile, in Abilene, the slimy bully, Rod Sharon, consorts with the Burden band to plunder Sam Burke’s gold mine and tempt his beautiful daughter, Cora. The pards, in spite of the ambushes, will ensure that Justice triumphs. Months later, a handful of robbers attacks a stagecoach on which Kit Willer is traveling...
